Whether you are looking for a place to celebrate special occasions or just the perfect brunch place with your girlfriends, Bondi&Bourke has a special something for you in their kitchen.
Located at Legaspi Village in Makati, the place is welcoming and pleasant, sporting a modern look with lots of greens which gives a very relaxed ambiance. Their menu is composed mostly of Australian classics and specialties by no other than chef Wade Watson who was a former executive chef of Hakai Beach Resort in British Columbia.
I’ve only visited them twice, but at both times I left the restaurant with a full tummy and a happy taste buds 😜 here are some of the foods we’ve tried:

Middle-Eastern Chicken Skewers
Marinated chicken, baba ganoush, fresh pickles, tomato salad, garlic yogurt – instantly one of my favorites! The chicken is flavorful and tender, and their baba ganoush is just so good I can eat it on its own 😅
Let’s now talk about their main dishes!
Australian MB3 Wagyu AAA (250g)
The meat is tender and well-seasoned (adding a little bit of their mustard dip makes it taste better though!) and the potatoes – I love the crunch, they’re absolutely baked perfectly while still being juicy!
Australian MB3 Wagyu AAA (500g)
We also have tried the 500g wagyu on our first visit, the way the meat was cooked was consistent and I think I prefer the this cut since it has a little bit more fat.
Atlantic Salmon Fillet
Their salmon fillet on potato purée is just okay – a bit dry to our taste. It’s paired with sautéed greens and lime butter which made up for the salmon’s lack of juiciness.
Seafood Risotto
Their seafood risotto is heavenly! I never though seafood can taste THIS good especially the mussels. And with their generous serving, I was able to take home some for dinner.
Truffled Prawn Carbonara
Another must-try from Bondi&Bourke’s menu is their truffled prawn carbonara, it’s also one of their best sellers – hands down one of the best pastas I ever tasted!
They also offer refreshments and mixed drinks (although I already forgot what this one is called ✌️)
This Mississippi Punch, I love! It’s just refreshing and well-balanced (will definitely have this again when I go back)
I absolutely enjoyed dining at Bondi&Bourke and will surely visit them again and try more of their menu. One last thing, Bondi&Bourke also caters for special occasions and they have a dedicated space for intimate events in their Makati branch.
