What we ordered:
Fried Rice with Sweet Garlic and Scallions (Php 100)
This is very sulit! At 100 Php you can have an order of fried rice, good for 2-3 persons. You’ll love the sweet garlic, I promise.
Pork Chop Fried Rice (Php 270)
Switch the sweet garlic with pork chop and you’ll have the pork chop fried rice – you’re good to go! This is good for 1-2 persons only. Personally, I prefer the sweet garlic fried rice over this.
Salted Egg Yolk Prawns (Php 375)
I love their salted egg yolk prawns! It’s kinda pricey, one of the priciest in their menu, but totally worth it. This dish is a must try, and once you’ve tried it you’re gonna have to order it every time!
Steamed Shrimp and Pork Shao Mai (Php 195 / 5 pcs)
This looks nice but does not taste as good as it looks. For me, it’s just normal siomai topped with very small shrimps – a little bland. I’d rather have another set of xiao long bao.
Green Squash and Shrimp Xiaolongbao (Php 160 / 5 pcs)
I love shrimp, that’s why we tried their shrimp xiaolongbao. However, the green squash really overpowered the shrimp in this dish.
Pork and Roasted Garlic Xiaolongbao (Php 160 / 5 pcs)
This one, I love! I think I have a thing for roasted garlic. I think this is the best among their regularly priced xiao long baos. Must try!
Here’s how they make the world’s best xiao long bao – guaranteed fresh!
I have also tried their Afternoon Feast which is an eat-all-you-can promo for 399 Php!
The 10 dishes included in the Afternoon Feast are:
- Chicken Xiaolongbao
- Pork and Roasted Garlic Bun
- Crispy Vegetarian Mushroom Wontons
- Vegetable Mushroom Wontons with House Soy Sauce
- Sweet and Sour Pork
- Crispy Beef Strips
- Fried Rice with Sweet Garlic and Scallions
- Fried Noodles with Vegetables

Their Afternoon Feast filled up all our tummies, we were so full! #DeathByXiaoLongBao
For me, the best dish in their Afternoon Feast is the Pork and Roasted Garlic Bun – so cute, fluffy, and tasty!
Din Tai Fung really delivers very delectable Chinese food. Of course, their (pork and roasted garlic) xiaolongbao is a must try!
Two thumbs up!
