Just Married!!! 🥰

If you’re wondering why there are no new posts in the blog lately, that’s because I’ve been quite busy with wedding preparations! We got engaged last December 2022 and with just around 7 months of preparation, we said “I do” this July ❤️

Let me share with you some details about the wedding, the preparations we did, and of course lots of photos – all by Sunday Morning Studios.

Here’s our wedding invite which I did using Canva. I had a really hard time drawing the map and finalizing the layout but I think it turned out great in the end.

One of the things I’m most excited about is wearing my Haydee Garcia wedding gown.

It took me some time to decide if I should just buy a ready-to-wear gown since I’ll only be wearing it once, but I opted to go with a bespoke dress and my fittings were absolutely one of the highlights of the wedding prep!

I just get excited every time I go to fittings and see how my gown gets done little by little 🥰

Our rings from Brilyo Jewelry are simply stunning. I chose a chevron ring with alternating round and marquise diamonds and it fits perfectly with the bypass three-stone engagement ring Stefan designed for me 🥹

Stefan’s ring looks super cool too having quite a unique shape with a diamond accent.

I didn’t have any sleep before the big day, I tried so hard to sleep but I just can’t, maybe I was too excited 😆 good thing my make-up artist, Zarry Borbon, did my make-up so well I still got that bridal glow.

Some photos with Morty during the prep shoot  🥰

One of my favorite parts of the wedding prep, the first look with my bridesmaids 🥹 I mean, you can see how happy they are haha

More picture-taking afterwards, my jaw is already tired from smiling and the ceremony hasn’t even started yet – not complaining though, the photos turned out to be lovely.

Here’s my dad having a moment because his little angel is getting married 😆

We got married at St. Andrew the Apostle Parish in Makati City. Stefan specifically liked it’s one of a kind architecture and we both loved the Church’s intimate setting.

On my way to the church, I was very anxious because we took a different route from the usual one Stefan and I practiced before. 😆 Thus, the relieved look on my face in this photo when I finally arrived.

I was expecting to cry my eyes out during the bridal march but when I entered the church, I already saw lots of crying faces including my mom and Stefan and it just made me laugh in the end.

The bridal march was just so full of emotions and I’m so glad Sunday Morning Studios was able to capture that ❤️

Msgr. Gerry, our marriage officiant, also made sure to make the Homily as personal as possible which made the atmosphere light and overall very happy.

Finally, we are now married! ❤️

I guess that’s all for now. I’ll just make a separate post for the reception since a lot of things happened during the wedding party and this post is getting longer than expected 😅

For now, please enjoy the same-day-edit video from Our Story Films, which we absolutely loved!
